INTRODUCTION

PT. Khatulistiwa Suryanusa was formed and established since 1993 where since then our company 
was one of the Authorized Dealer and Workshops of Chrysler.

In the years 1996-1997 the sales of Chrysler vehicles, especially Jeeps was quite good. And in the 
years 1996-1997 we cooperated with PT. Djakarta Motor Company to organize a Family Off-Road 
activity, participated by the owner of Cherokee Jeeps and Wrangler, and was well received by the 
owners of Cherokee and Wrangler vehicles and to organized the activities thrice in a two year period, 
due to the safety and economics crisis, these activities were stopped while the existence of these 
activities formed part of the promotion for Chrysler vehicle.

Since 1998 Chrysler    carried out a merger with Daimler so the relationship which was quite good 
was ceared, but we still gave our best service to our customer for every kind of    Daimler Chrysler 
Vehicles.

The kind of vehicles which were served well are:

1. CHEROKEE (XJ)

2. WRANGLER (YJ)

3. GRAND CHEROKEE    (ZJ)

4. ALL NEW GRAND CHEROKEE (WJ)

5. VOYAGER

From 1994 up to 2000 the number of vehicles (loading) for which we provided service and repair were
stable every month, recorded at around 300 vehicles, vehicles produced by Chrysler of the older kind (XJ) 
or the newest (WJ). We can achieve that number since we have a quite good customers network.

Based our experience in handling vehicles produced by Chrysler for about seven years, we are convinced to
become one of the Authorized Workshop of Daimler Chrysler. We are able to do it since we have the 
workshop facilities that are capable to serve the after sales of Daimler Chrysler such as:

We believe that a product will have good sales if the after sales is also good because having a good workshop 
network and also have good advertisement services, PT. Khatulistiwa Suryanusa since 1994 has possessed the
advertisement facility by setting up a development division at the workshop that is or organizing a rally for 
Chrysler vehicles such as Wrangler and Cherokee. And until now, we own a Rally Team as facility to introduce 
Chrysler vehicle and our workshop.

Building consist of:

- Showroom and Office Buildings: 513 sqm

- Workshop: 1294 sqm

- Oven Chamber: 352 sqm

- Training Centre Building: 125 sqm

- Prayer, Canteen and Waiting Rooms: 501 sqm

- Car Washing: 60 sqm

- Spare-Part Warehouse: 696 sqm

3. THE MANPOWER COMPRISES THE FOLLOWING:

- Managerial Staff: 10 persons

- Workshop Foreman: 3 person

- Supervisor: 5 person

- Mechanics: 20 persons

- Security: 6 persons

- Office Boy: 3 persons

TECHNICAL ASPECT AND SCOPE OF WORK

1. Workshop Tools

a). CAR LIFT (15 units):

- 8 (eight) units of "TEC" type 3004, each with a capacity of 3 tonnes

- 4 (four) units of "MOLNAR", each with a capacity of 3 tonnes

- 3 (three) units of "KONI", each with a capacity of 3 tonnes

b). STALL, that takes up 40 units of vehicle

c). PARTICULAR/SPECIAL TOOLS

- For Chrysler's products are sufficient

d). DRB III (4 units)

- 1 units fits for Cherokee and Wrangler produced between 1994-1996

- 1 units for CKD Indonesian products such as Cherokee 1997 and above, Grand Cherokee including latest
model and Voyager

e). AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION CLEANING EQUIPMENT (1 units)

- Employing the system of circulating process

f). AIR CONDITION REPAIRING TOOLS

- "ROBINAIR" type R134a

g). SPECIAL CHAMBER FOR ENGINE OVERHAUL

h). INJECTOR CLEANING MACHINE (INTERJECT)


2. Painting

Tools and painting works include:

a). PAINTING PROCESS (OVEN)

- Model "SAIMA MECANICA"

b). STALL

- For painting process

c). TOOLS FOR PAINTING PROCESS are sufficient

3. Rally and Racing Development Division

Tools and works include:

a). WELDING EQUIPMENT

- "Toshiba" type "CO" and "SAF" for Argon and Plasma Cutting
- "Tig" and "Mig" Welding

b). MOULDING MACHINE

c). MILLING MACHINE

d). PIPE CUTTING


SPECIAL EXPERTISE AND OTHER FACILITIES

1. EXPERTISE

a). Modify or build Off-Road/Racing car (especially for "Jeep" products)

b). Air Conditioning modification for "Jeep" products

c). To modify manual (AX-15) becoming automatic (AW-4) transmission for "Jeep Wrangler"

d). Work of welding factory fault for "Jeep Cherokee"

e). Engine modification (upgrade) for "Jeep Cherokee and Wrangler"

f). Installation of turbocharger and supercharger

2. OTHER FACILITIES

a). 24 HOURS EMERGENCY SERVICES

- It has served "Chrysler's" products since 1996

b). RALLY TEAM

- The Team is responsible for "Speed Off-Road" participation and drives Chrysler's and other products    
which have been developed and modified by our own expertise's of Racing/Rally Development 
Division.
